Who can take up the offer?
Businesses and public-sector organisations that register their interest during or after Ai Everything Abu Dhabi 2026, by 31 October 2026. One offer per organisation.
What exactly is free?
Twelve months of the two products you choose, with unlimited usage of their modules, 60,000 AI Units for the year across both products, and one SAP integration done by our team. The twelve months start when your tenant goes live.
What is charged?
Air tickets and hotel bookings made through Xpense are paid at actual cost. Machine sensors, edge hardware or on-site installation for ManuFex or Setu Edge, custom development, further integrations after the first, and third-party fees are quoted separately if you need them.
What happens if we use more than 60,000 AI Units?
AI features pause when the pool runs out, and you will see an alert well before that. You can buy more AI Units at the published rate, and the rest of the product keeps working.
We do not run SAP. Can we still use it?
Yes. Instead of the SAP integration, you get free access to the AeonX MCP (Model Context Protocol) Server for the twelve months, to integrate any other ERP.
Where is our data hosted?
Each product runs in AeonX's standard cloud region today, on AWS or Google Cloud. Operations are certified to ISO/IEC 27001, ISO 9001 and ISO/IEC 20000-1. If you need a specific region, tell us on the activation call and we will scope it.
What happens after twelve months?
You can continue on standard commercial terms, or stop and take an export of your data. Nothing renews automatically.
